Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Bluepeak Lantern Medical is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for production lots, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around production lots and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Hartford. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
