Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Northwind Sparrow Care Services Group is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Baltimore, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around licensing and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Baltimore. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
