Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

We are growing our team at Redstone Thistle Pharma and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 83 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
