Product Manager - onboarding flows (remote)

Summit Kestrel Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from Honolulu. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 412 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around regulatory reports and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Honolulu. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
