Product Manager - onboarding flows (Raleigh, NC)

Fernwood Timber Pharma Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for cleanroom operations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Quality is everyone's job here, not a department. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Raleigh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
