Product Manager - onboarding flows (Providence, RI)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Oak Banking Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Providence. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around branch operations and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
