Product Manager - onboarding flows (Providence, RI)

Redstone Pine Financial serves customers across Providence with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around payment disputes and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
