Product Manager - onboarding flows (Providence, RI)

Clearpath Haven Medical is a Providence company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 260 people based in Providence. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
