Product Manager - onboarding flows (Providence, RI)

Stonegate Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Providence producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Providence. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with release testing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
