Product Manager - onboarding flows (Portland, OR)

Northwind Junction Markets operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Portland, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Portland, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
