Product Manager - onboarding flows (Portland, OR)

Ironwood Thistle Medical Partners is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for device records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
