Product Manager - onboarding flows (Portland, OR)

Highbridge Nest Financial serves customers across Portland with accounts, loans and payments. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 35 people based in Portland. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
