Product Manager - onboarding flows (Portland, OR)

Foxglove Glen Facilities Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for work orders, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Our crews keep other people's buildings running and we treat them well. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Portland. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
