Product Manager - onboarding flows (Portland, OR)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Forge Care Services and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Portland. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
