Product Manager - onboarding flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

Lumen Cedar Banking Services is a regional lender in Pittsburgh with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around fraud alerts and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
