Product Manager - onboarding flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Wilder Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 69 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around premium billing and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with premium billing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
