Product Manager - onboarding flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

Westbrook Clear Care Services Group is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
