Product Manager - onboarding flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Summit Bridge Facilities and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around cleaning schedules and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with cleaning schedules or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
