Product Manager - onboarding flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

Harborlight Amber Insurance sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Pittsburgh. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around policy renewals and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with policy renewals or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
