Product Manager - onboarding flows (Pittsburgh, PA)

We are growing our team at Lumen Lantern Insurance and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We invest in training for new adjusters. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around underwriting files and compliance. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Pittsburgh. • We reply to every applicant.
