Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 95 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around account servicing and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with account servicing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
