Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Redstone Haven Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Phoenix, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 349 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around catastrophe response and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with catastrophe response or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
