Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Redstone Amber Medical Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 955 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around complaint handling and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with complaint handling or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Phoenix. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
