Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

We are growing our team at Highbridge Stone Care Services Group and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 327 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around family communication and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with family communication or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
