Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Nova Summit Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Phoenix, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 276 people based in Phoenix. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Phoenix, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
