Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Lakeside Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We train and promote from within. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
