Product Manager - onboarding flows (Phoenix, AZ)

Rivermark Sparrow Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around caregiver training and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with caregiver training or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
