Product Manager - onboarding flows (Philadelphia, PA)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Lantern Medical and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Patient safety shapes every decision. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Philadelphia. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
