Product Manager - onboarding flows (Omaha, NE)

Summit Loom Insurance Partners sells home, auto and small-business insurance in Omaha. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around customer complaints and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer complaints or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
