Product Manager - onboarding flows (Omaha, NE)

Nova Cedar Facilities is a facilities company in Omaha with crews on day and night shifts. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around work orders and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with work orders or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
