Product Manager - onboarding flows (Omaha, NE)

Westbrook Meadow Medical builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Omaha, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Documentation is part of the craft. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with production lots or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
