Product Manager - onboarding flows (Omaha, NE)

Fernwood Sable Markets Group operates grocery and general-merchandise stores around Omaha. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. We like people who know our customers by name. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around pricing and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with pricing or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Omaha. • We reply to every applicant.
