Product Manager - onboarding flows (Oakland, CA)

Cedar West Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Oakland, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with licensing or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
