Product Manager - onboarding flows (New Orleans, LA)

Fernwood Cobalt Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around New Orleans, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
