Product Manager - onboarding flows (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Juniper Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for visit scheduling, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 160 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in New Orleans. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
