Product Manager - onboarding flows (New Orleans, LA)

Nova Kestrel Markets is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for store inventory, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 603 people based in New Orleans. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around store inventory and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with store inventory or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
