Product Manager - onboarding flows (New Orleans, LA)

Cedar Granite Medical designs and makes medical devices in New Orleans, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. Engineers and clinicians sit at the same table. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around device records and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Experience with device records or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
