Product Manager - onboarding flows (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Kestrel Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Trust is the product, so accuracy and clarity matter. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
