Product Manager - onboarding flows (Nashville, TN)

Silverline Summit Pharma Group develops and makes medicines in Nashville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around quality documentation and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with quality documentation or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
