Product Manager - onboarding flows (Nashville, TN)

Northwind Yarrow Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Nashville. We are hiring a Product Manager to take on onboarding flows. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around safety inspections and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with safety inspections or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
