Product Manager - onboarding flows (Nashville, TN)

Harborlight Juniper Banking Services is a regional lender in Nashville with branches and a growing mobile service, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 415 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around loan files and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with loan files or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery.
