Product Manager - onboarding flows (Nashville, TN)

Foxglove Vale Financial is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for customer onboarding, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 72 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Nashville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
