Product Manager - onboarding flows (Minneapolis, MN)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Sable Financial and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Handle trade-offs around customer onboarding and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Minneapolis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
