Product Manager - onboarding flows (Milwaukee, WI)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Ember Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Handle trade-offs around supplier deliveries and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with supplier deliveries or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
