Product Manager - onboarding flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Harborlight Iron Pharma is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for regulatory filings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Handle trade-offs around regulatory filings and compliance. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory filings or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Milwaukee. • We reply to every applicant.
