Product Manager - onboarding flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Clearpath Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Milwaukee, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. The work is personal and so is the culture. What you will do • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Handle trade-offs around visit scheduling and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with visit scheduling or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
