Product Manager - onboarding flows (Milwaukee, WI)

Foxglove Wilder Medical is a Milwaukee company producing monitoring and surgical equipment, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Milwaukee. What you will do • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around clinical evaluations and compliance. What we are looking for • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with clinical evaluations or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Milwaukee, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
