Product Manager - onboarding flows (Miami, FL)

Ironwood River Financial serves customers across Miami with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Product Manager to lead our onboarding flows. You would join a small organisation of about 198 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with customer onboarding or a regulated setting. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
