Product Manager - onboarding flows (Miami, FL)

We are growing our team at Summit Pine Markets and adding a Product Manager whose main responsibility will be onboarding flows. You would join a large organisation of about 932 people based in Miami. What you will do • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Talk with users and front-line staff to find the problems worth solving. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. • Handle trade-offs around promotions and compliance. • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. What we are looking for • Excellent written communication. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. Nice to have • Experience with promotions or a regulated setting. • Familiarity with agile delivery. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
