Product Manager - onboarding flows (Miami, FL)

Lumen Quarry Care Services is looking for a Product Manager. The job centres on onboarding flows for care plans, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Turn what you learn into clear priorities and short written requirements. • Handle trade-offs around care plans and compliance. • Keep leaders informed with honest, concise updates. • Work with engineers and designers through each release. • Track adoption and outcomes, and stop what is not working. What we are looking for • Comfort with data and with talking to customers directly. • Three or more years in product management, business analysis or a similar role. • Excellent written communication. Nice to have • Familiarity with agile delivery. • Experience with care plans or a regulated setting.
